Kim joined us as Culture and Community Coordinator after a successful and rewarding career in Education. Her background in Education, Psychology has helped her to develop skills in communication, mentoring and grew to foster a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the people around her.
The collaboration first mentality at Affinity drew her in. The intentional values, decisions and choices that went into building the team by Ibrahim and the founding partners and carefully maintained since closed the deal.
Her focus as the Culture Coordinator/Specialist allows for the sustained momentum of these core values that help to draw in and retain talent to Affinity. Her responsibilities tie into hiring, onboarding new agents, offering learning opportunities, planning, coordinating and implementing rewards/celebrations as well as communication and coordination with others on the team.
Kim loves to spend time with her husband, four children, their significant others and her grandson doing family things like camping and traveling and watching sporting events.
