There is a lot of work that gets done behind the scenes to ensure that your home is properly prepared for and listed on the market. Our in-house administration team takes great pride and spares no expense in making sure that your home is presented in its best light! From ensuring accurate and up-to-date information regarding your home to facilitating conversation with other agents, our team does it all to make sure your home sale goes smoothly from start to finish.

Your home is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an online computer network, available to its members, with photos and descriptions of all listed properties. We personally submit a photo and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.

In addition to posting your property on our local Real Estate Board, we post your property on the Toronto MLS board, effectively increasing the amount of agents reached by over 60,000. All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service.
