Vincent was born in London, England but grew up in Hamilton, Ontario, where he developed a love for chess, crosswords, board games, sports and exploring the outdoors through geocaching. His early years in Hamilton shaped his resourcefulness and deep appreciation for community. He cultivated a unique ability to understand and relate to people from all walks of life - a trait that has stayed with him throughout his life.

Vincent’s career has been anything but ordinary. He’s been a chef, a life insurance agent, a restaurant manager, a pastor, a call center manager, an IT mainframe programmer, and even sold and delivered fitness equipment. Along the way, he studied political science, economics, computer programming and religion, giving him a sharp understanding of systems and human behavior. No matter the role, his core values - integrity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help others - have always guided him.

His formal studies in political science and economics gave him frameworks to analyze societal structures, while his computer systems design expertise taught him to build solutions for complex challenges.
